Address Changes
Sorry, We Can't Do A Shipping Address Change...
We’re not being difficult — we’re simply not allowed to make changes to your shipping address once an order has been placed.
We are obligated to send the package to the exact address you provided at checkout, as part of the terms and conditions set by our payment processors, like PayPal, Stripe and Klarna.
Every order goes through an automated fraud check at the moment of payment. If we change the delivery address afterward — even just slightly — the new address hasn’t been verified, and the transaction is no longer protected.
This applies to all orders, no matter the value.
If your order hasn’t yet entered production, we may still be able to cancel and refund it in full. You can then place a new order with the correct address.
We understand this is frustrating, it's why we always ask customers to double-check all address details before completing checkout — especially apartment numbers, floor numbers, and postcodes. If something small is missing, we can usually add it. But switching to a different street, city, or name is not permitted.
If you need to cancel and resubmit your order with the correct information, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
