Our Order Process & How We Communicate With You
We keep things simple, clear, and focused on getting your order made and delivered.
📨 You’ll Receive Two Emails from Us:
- Order Confirmation – sent immediately after your purchase
- Shipping Notification – sent when your item is dispatched
That’s it. We don’t send emails in between — and here’s why:
- 📩 Most customers don’t open them.
- đźš« Too many unopened emails will cause our email address to be flagged as spam by Gmail, Outlook, and others.
So instead of cluttering your inbox, we focus on getting your item made and shipped.
🛠️ What Happens in Between?
Your order goes straight into production. Every item is custom printed to your chosen size, style, and colour.
We don’t hold stock — each item is made fresh, just for you.
This usually takes 1–3 working days. During peak periods, it can take a little longer — but rest assured, you’ll get your shipping email as soon as it’s on the way.
📬 When It Ships
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Delivery times vary by region, but most orders arrive within the timeframe shown at checkout.
