Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Who we are

We’re an independent clothing brand based in Spain, operating a made-to-order production model with print partners in the UK and worldwide.

2. Custom Orders

Each item is printed specifically to your selected size, colour, and style after you place your order. We do not hold stock. This qualifies as a made-to-order purchase under UK consumer law.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, colour, or personal preference. Please check all measurements before ordering.

4. Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty or misprinted, we’ll replace it on a like-for-like basis. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence. We do not offer size changes on replacements, nor refunds.

5. Gifts

Gift purchases are subject to the same terms and cannot be exchanged if the sizing is wrong.

6. Order Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm you have reviewed the sizing and Returns Policy. We cannot modify or cancel custom orders once they are in production.

7. Privacy & Data

We only collect the minimum personal information required to fulfil your order. We do not store payment information or sell any personal data.
