Our Fail-Safe Guide to Ordering the Right Shirt, Every Time

We don’t operate like a big warehouse. Every item is printed to order — based on the exact shirt type, size, and colour you choose.

We now offer over 70,000 possible combinations across 500+ designs and 3 shirt styles. That’s why it’s essential to follow the steps below before placing your order.

1. Choose Your Garment Type

We offer three t-shirt styles, each with a different fit and fabric weight:

• Lightweight – Loose fit (Gildan 64000)
• Heavyweight – Loose fit (Gildan Ultra 2000)
• Premium Organic – Fitted, European-style cut (Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0)

2. Choose Your Size Carefully

We publish full size charts (in inches and cm) on every product page and on our Size Guide.

Even if you’ve ordered from us before, that item may have been printed on a different shirt model — so don’t assume sizing is identical.

How to get the right size: Take a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat, measure the width (across the chest), and compare it to our chart. That’s the best way to get a perfect fit.

We strongly suggest customers do this before ordering.

If you want to make sure your shirt fits well, this is the most reliable method — and the one we recommend for all customers:

1. Grab a shirt you already own that fits you perfectly.
2. Lay it flat on the floor, a table, or any flat surface — smoothing out any wrinkles.
3. Measure the width: from one side of the bottom hem straight across to the same point on the opposite side.
4. Measure the length: from the point where the shoulder seam meets the collar down to the bottom hem.
5. Compare those numbers to the measurements in our Size Guide.
6. Factor in the tolerance: a size variation of up to ±1 inch (2.5cm) is common and acceptable in garment production.

That’s it. You now have exactly what you need to confidently order the correct size — every single time.

3. Choose Your Colour

Most designs offer up to 12 colours. Once you've chosen your shirt type and size, pick the colour that works best for your style.

Double-check your selection before you checkout — some customers accidentally leave a default colour or size selected. Once it’s printed, it’s yours.

Why We Don’t Offer Size Exchanges

Every item is printed on demand. We don’t hold stock and can’t exchange or resell items that were made to your specification.
