Our business model is different from stores like Amazon, who hold large amounts of readymade stock. Every item we sell is custom printed to order, just for you, according to what combinations you ask us to print for you.
That means we don’t hold pre-made stock, run large warehouses and we don’t offer size swaps or change-of-mind returns. Once it's printed, it’s yours.
We make each item to order, on the basis of what you ask us to print: the design, shirts style, size and colour.
We ask that before ordering, you take a moment to measure a shirt you own already that fits you well, then use those measurements to compare to the size chart in the description. These measurements come directly from the manufacturers, so are very accurate. By doing so you'll order the correct size from the word go.
If you believe there’s a genuine fault or production issue, we would replace the item on a like-for-like basis only: the same style, size, and colour originally ordered. See below for more detail.

Can I return or exchange my item?
No — all items are custom printed based on your specific selection of design, size, and colour. We do not accept returns for size, fit, or preference issues. This policy is clearly explained during checkout and on our product pages.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
As all items are printed to order, we do not offer size exchanges. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering. The measurements are straight from the manufacturers and are very accurate.
Can I change my mind and return the item?
No. Our garments are printed to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
What if the item is faulty?
If there’s a genuine fault or print error, we’ll replace the item — but only with the same style, size, and colour originally ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and include clear photos of the issue.
Can I dispute the charge with PayPal or my bank?
We understand that not being able to return an item can feel unusual in today’s world of large retailers. But our approach isn’t a loophole — it’s a different business model. Every item we sell is custom printed to order, specifically for you, based on your chosen size, style and colour.
Because of this, our products fall under the custom-made goods category. Our payment processors, including PayPal and credit card providers, do not consider size or preference-based return claims valid grounds for a refund when the goods have been made to order.
That’s why we’re transparent at every stage of the order process — in our product descriptions, our size guide, our returns page and at checkout. We're not being evasive — we're simply backing up a fair and widely accepted policy for made-to-order goods.
Why is your returns different from stores who operate a 'Return to stock and re-sell' model?
Unlike large retailers whose business model is to hold stock in large quantities, ready for sale, we produce every item to order, based on your exact selection of size, colour, and design. Your item is made just for you — not pulled from a shelf.
This custom print model is why our returns policy differs from stores like Amazon, who operate a “return to stock and resell” approach to customer returns.
