Let's be crystal clear from the start. We're not Amazon. We do not operate a “Buy & Try, Keep or Return” model like they do.
We custom-print EVERYTHING to order — specifically for you, and for you only.
Each order is printed exactly as you ask: the exact size, colour, shirt type and design combination that you selected.
We do not hold pre-printed stock — each item is produced from scratch according to your choices.
Once printed, the goods are yours to keep.
We don’t offer exchanges if, for example, you selected size Small when you meant to choose 2XL, picked one colour when you meant to order something else, or picked a shirt that wasn’t as thick / thin / loose / fitted as you really wanted.
All the info you need to make the right decision is already here — it's up to you to check it before ordering.
We provide detailed product descriptions, size guides, and comparison tools for a reason: to help you avoid mistakes and get exactly what you expect.
If our production-to-order business model doesn’t fit your needs — and you’re expecting the flexibility to return something later if it doesn’t suit — we totally get it. But in that case, we respectfully ask that you do not place an order. This store isn’t going to be the right fit for you.
Our business model is different from stores like Amazon or ASOS. We don’t operate a warehouse filled with ready-made stock that can be sent out and returned if not suitable. Every item is custom-printed — just for you — in the size, shirt type, colour and design that you selected.
That means no size swaps, and no change-of-mind returns. Once it’s printed, it’s yours.
Before ordering, we strongly recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to the size chart provided. These measurements come directly from the manufacturer and are highly accurate. It’s the best way to get the right size first time.

It includes very detailed descriptions of each type, helping you avoid ordering a lightweight shirt when you were expecting a heavyweight one, and vice versa.
Lastly, before you hit send on your order, please take a moment to double-check your selections — especially size and colour. It’s easy to accidentally leave “Small” selected when you meant to choose “2XL,” or to submit an order for a yellow shirt when you wanted white. These mistakes are easily avoided with a quick review.
Due to our garments being printed by an external company, we have no provision to make changes once the order is placed, even if it was accidental. Please check before submission!
Of course, if there’s a genuine fault or misprint, we’ll replace the item — on a like-for-like basis only — that's to say, the exact same style, size, and colour originally ordered.

Can I return or exchange my item?
No. Every item is custom printed based on your specific selections. We do not accept returns for size, fit, or preference issues. This policy is clearly stated on product pages, during checkout, and here.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We do not offer size exchanges, as everything is printed to order. Please measure a shirt you already own and compare it to our size chart before ordering. The chart is reliable and accurate.
Can I return my item if I change my mind?
No. Our garments are printed to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
What if the item is faulty?
If there's a genuine fault or print error, we’ll replace the item — but only with the same style, size, and colour originally ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Can I dispute the charge with PayPal or my bank?
We understand that not offering returns can feel unusual in a world of big retailers. But this isn’t a loophole — it’s a different model. Every item is made just for you.
Our products fall under the custom-made goods category. PayPal and credit card providers do not consider preference-based returns valid grounds for a refund when goods are made to order.
That’s why we’re fully transparent throughout — in product descriptions, the size guide, this returns page, and at checkout. We're not being evasive — we’re simply up front about how we work.
Why is your returns policy different from stores like Amazon?
Big retailers work from large warehouses filled with pre-made stock and operate a “return to shelf” model. We don’t. Every item we produce is printed on demand based on your exact choices. Your item isn’t pulled from a shelf — it’s made specifically for you. That’s why our policy is different.
